ACP cladding is priced per square foot, but two quotes for the "same" ACP can differ a lot. The difference is almost always in the sheet grade, the frame and the finishing work. Here is what you are paying for, and our current rate.

Rates are per sq ft and come straight from our price list. GST and transport outside Delhi NCR are extra. The final price is confirmed after a site visit.
7 things that change the price
- Brand and grade of sheet. Branded, exterior-grade panels with thicker aluminium skins cost more than unbranded sheets, and last much longer.
- Coating. PVDF-type coatings hold colour in sun far better than basic polyester coatings. Wood, stone, metallic and mirror finishes usually cost more than solid colours.
- Core type. Fire-retardant (FR) and A2 cores cost more than standard cores, but are the safe choice for commercial and taller buildings.
- Frame. Aluminium framing costs more than MS (mild steel) but never rusts. The frame is a big part of the installed price.
- Design. Grooves, curves, cut-outs, louvers and lots of corners take more sheet and more labour than flat panels.
- Height and access. Upper floors need scaffolding or lifting equipment, which adds to the cost.
- Area and location. Larger areas usually get a better rate per sq ft. Sites outside Delhi NCR add transport.
How to work out your own estimate
Measure each wall's width and height in feet and multiply them. A front wall 25 ft wide and 30 ft high is 750 sq ft. Multiply the area by the rate, then add 18% GST.

Is the cheapest quote a good deal?
Usually not. Thin sheets, poor coatings and a weak frame look fine on day one and fail within a few summers. When you compare quotes, ask for the brand, sheet thickness, coating type, core type and frame material in writing.
